Return Policy for The Health Mill

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from The Health Mill. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our policy below and contact us.
1. General Return Conditions
- Eligibility: Items are eligible for return within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. It must also be in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods: Due to the nature of our health and wellness products, items that are opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Gift cards.
- Sale items: Only regular-priced items can be refunded; sale items are final sale.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@thehealthmill.in within the specified return window.
- Provide Information: In your email, please include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return.
- Return Instructions: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or without first receiving our approval.
3. Refunds
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, typically 7 business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same item, please send us an email at support@thehealthmill.in and we will provide you with further instructions.
5. Shipping Returns
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
